About Programmes

Tuesday competition starts at 5:45 pm with a warm-up. There are 4 events each week, with the first events underway after warm-up at around 6:00p am. The 6 week program cycle is listed below. OUR WEEKLY PROGRAM WILL SHORTLY BE UPDATED FOR THE 2015/2016 SEASON
